Project Designer (Roofing and Cladding)

UKWS is currently recruiting for a Project Designer with proven experience working with built-up and composite systems to join their expanding design team.

Role responsibilities:

• Producing detailed design drawings in line with company procedure, submitting designs for internal review and then on for client/architectural approval
• Co-ordination of the project design from concept through to project handover
• Production of flashing schedules, procurement schedules and fixing lists in sufficient time to allow for internal review and checking procedures and to meet manufacturers delivery dates.
• Liaising with other departments to aid in a successful delivery of a project
• Preparation of project O&M manuals
• Maintaining a close working relationship with clients & the respective professional teams

You will possess excellent IT skills, be fully converse with Microsoft Office, Autocad (or similar) and any 3D/Revit experience would be beneficial.
