Due to our sustained growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen at UK Waterproofing Solutions Ltd for a Project Manager.

This highly important, full time role involves being responsible for the day to day management of operations on site, ensuring that the project is brought to a successful completion and meets the required time, budget and quality constraints.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, the successful candidate will need to be able to lead and work within a team to enable the success of our projects

Our Project Manager will be based on sites throughout the UK.

 What we need:

  • Managing site teams and daily supervision of subcontractors
  • Monitoring performance against targets
  • Monitoring programme and forecasting ahead
  • Efficiently organise site facilities and logistics
  • Requisition of materials in line with the procurement schedule & programme
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policy and regulations
  • Maintaining strict quality control procedures
  • Complaince with UKWS quality procedures

 Our Ideal candidate will have:

  • Successful and proven track record within the roofing and cladding industry.
  • Ability to interpret and successfully work from drawings.
  • Excellent time management skills including ability to prioritise workload and to meet strict deadlines efficiently and effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure, be adaptable and manage change.
  • Strong team leadership skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Good commercial awareness.
  • Excellent awareness and understanding of Health & Safety.
  • Good IT Skills including Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Self-motivation, drive, a proactive attitude and be results orientated.
  • Good business communication skills and professional manner.
  • Attention to detail and be an experienced problem solver.
  • SMSTS and First Aid at Work.
  • Full UK Driving Licence.
