St Modwen Park, Newport – 130,000 sqft with Benniman Construction
Working with the same team from St Modwen Park, Worcester we are delighed to be working with them again in Newport on this 2 unit scheme.
St Modwen Park, Lincoln – 125,000 sqft with Lindum Construction
Having completed both phases 1 & 2, we are now working on phase 3 with the same team to help deliver this latest phase of works.
St Modwen Park, Gatwick – 65,000 sqft with Readie Construction
Having just handed over Unit 1 to Gawick Airport, we have been awarded the next phase working with Readie again.
