Prologis RFI DIRFT is recognised as the most successful intermodal (Rail/Road) logistics park in the UK because of its proximity to the M1 motorway and West Coast Mainline.

UKWS are extremely proud to complete the latest development at DIRFT working with Winvic Construction Ltd.  DC327 & DC628 are built net zero carbon and offer best in class logistics/distribution facilities.

We completed nearly 100,000 sqm of CA Twin-Therm® roof cladding with 15% rooflights. The wall cladding comprised CA Twin-Therm® wall profiles and intricate aluminium feature details. We also carried out gatehouses, mansafe systems and Bauder waterproofing to the roof garden and wellbeing spaces.
