Liberty Park, Litchfield

Working with Derby based Main Contractor GF Tomlinson & Sons Ltd we were appointed to carry out the roofing and cladding works to 2 new speculative units of over 166,000 sqft on phase 1 at Liberty Park in Litchfield.

Developed by Stoford & Liberty Property Trust, Liberty Park Lichfield has the potential to provide 500,000 sqft of new industrial and logistics space.

We carried out the design, supply and installation of Kingspan KS1000 RW roofing and rooflights, Euroclad Elite twin-skin wall cladding, KS1000 MR panels, siphonic drainage and access systems.
