Working with Main Contractor, Lindum Construction we were appointed to carry out the roofing and cladding works on phase 1, 2 & 3 of a major new development site for St Modwen Logistics.

Phase 1 comprises two buildings, prelet to DHL & NIC.

Phase 2 comprises a further 2 buildings, one is also for DHL and the other KIME.

Phase 3 is currently on site, 3 buildings over 125,000 sqft.

Our scope of works compromised the full cladding package, along with all siphonic drainage & access sytems.
