Panattoni Park, Borehamwood – 200,000 sqft

Working with Buckingham Group & Panattoni we were delighted to be appointed the roofing and cladding envelope package on units 1, 3 & 4 at Panattoni Park, Borehamwood.

Comprising over 200,000 sqft, Unit 1 was pre-let to UK Power and Units 3 & 4 built on a speculative basis.

We delivered a full CA Twintherm Chronus (chill store ready) system to all units, with high reflect roof and wall liners, 15% rooflights and using a mixture of 32/1000 and MR300 profiles.
