We are delivered to be working with Benniman Contruction and Logicor at Logicor Park in Daventry.
We will deliver three new industrial/warehouse units totalling 800,000 sq ft in the heart of the UK’s logistics Golden Triangle.
It is Logicor’s largest redevelopment in the UK.
The new units will range in size from 135,000 sq ft – 385,000 sq ft, and will target BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating.
